# DunceLab — Sub-processors

DunceLab is operated by **Swrl LLC**, a Tennessee limited liability company. This page lists the
third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that may process a limited amount of personal data
**on our behalf** when you use one of DunceLab's optional online features.

**The core app uses none of these.** You can browse, play every simulation, and search with **no
account and no personal information at all** — that experience runs entirely on your own device and
does not send personal data to any provider listed below. These sub-processors come into play **only**
when you choose to use an optional feature: signing in, commenting, voting, reporting a problem,
asking the in-app AI tutor, or supporting our work. See the [Privacy Policy](PRIVACY.md) for what each

## Our sub-processors

Each provider below acts as our processor under a **data processing agreement (DPA)** — the standard
data-protection terms each company offers — and processes data only as needed to deliver the feature,
not for its own independent purposes. All of the providers below process data in the **United States**.

We **do not sell your data**. We share it only with the providers above as needed to run these
optional features, or where required by law. Contributions you choose to make are **support** of Swrl
LLC's work — not a purchase and not a tax-deductible donation; see the
[Funding Policy](FUNDING-POLICY.md).

## Changes to this list

We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors as DunceLab evolves. When we make a material change to
this list, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at the same
location. The links above point to each provider's own current privacy and data-processing terms,
which they may update from time to time.
